I have been using a yogitoes practice rug but this mat is so superior to that. It's so soft and I had my best downward dog every on it. No slipping. I love the combination of terry cloth and mat. It didn't slip on the hardwood at all (even with all the jumping around we do) and was very nice and soft... perfect for inversions. Thanks again for creating such a fantastic product.
